Fresh off our successful participation at NPE2024: The Plastics Show, Kase Equipment is excited to share insights and achievements from our time at Booth W901. This year’s event marked a significant return for the industry, and for Kase, it was a platform to demonstrate our commitment to innovation and efficiency in plastics printing technology.
At the heart of our exhibit was the Kase Heat Transfer Pail Labeler (KHTPL), a groundbreaking solution in pail labeling technology. This unique machine attracted significant attention, showcasing its ability to label pails with a full 360-degree rotation, delivering extraordinary print quality that sets new industry standards. The KHTPL’s compact design ensures it fits into various production environments, while its capability to handle 16 pails per minute and accommodate pail sizes from 1 to 7 gallons with quick changeover speeds underlines its efficiency and adaptability.

The CNC capabilities across all our printers was another highlight, enhancing the user experience with an easy-to-use electronic motion control system. This feature allows for precise control of the plate cylinder, ink, and print tower adjustments via a touchscreen interface, ensuring minimal downtime and seamless operation. Once a print job is set and running, operators can easily rerun the job by recalling the assigned number/name, allowing the printer to adjust automatically to the desired job specifications.
